The group, which has brought retail brands including Charles & Keith, Pedro, New Collection, KTM, Adidas, The Place gym and Dianese, to the city, has opened its One Residence property.
The property features a rooftop pool overlooking the city; a rooftop gym, full service housekeeping, on-site laundry, bike rentals, and hotel-style front desk services.
For the month of August, One Residence, managed by General Manager Jovany Antonio, founder of CMS Property Management Company, held an open house showcasing all the rental units to distinguished guests and local celebrities.
Ming Wuoy Group moves in to aparthotel sector
Local conglomerate Ming Wuoy Group has opened its One Residence aparthotel in Phnom Penh.
