Seven Tides starts work on 1,000-unit serviced apartment scheme

Seven Tides has revealed details of Seven Residences, a 14-storey serviced apartment project on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.

Seven Residences will operate separately from the company's next-door property Dukes Dubai, and may include a small luxury hotel offering within the building: "We may keep part of the inventory, and convert it into a boutique hotel," said Seven Tides CEO Abdulla Bin Sulayem.

Located on a plot of land between Dukes Dubai and The Fairmont Palm Hotel & Resort, the project will feature 1,066 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom serviced apartments. Construction work started earlier this month, and the project is expected to complete by December 2019.

“I have really enjoyed the event. It’s always great to have different stakeholders from the industry come together and have this sort of dialogue. It’s to have a forum where people are accessible and we can all connect and chat – where it’s not so big and too daunting to get involved. It’s been a lovely day.”
